About the Omega Isotope
You can only farm this rare resource when the Fomorian Invasion event is going on in the game. In that case, the Omega Isotope can be found only on a planet that has a Balor Fomorian present nearby. It is one of the rarer items you will be able to obtain as a drop from slain foes. However, you cannot find it during Arch-wing missions. For the Omega Isotope to spawn, there must also be an active Fomorian Sabotage mission located on the planet.
How to Get the Omega Isotope in Warframe?
Fortunately, getting your hands on the Omega Isotope itself is not too hard. All you need to do is complete any mission on a planet with an actively ongoing Fomorian Sabotage event. You will be able to obtain the resource as a drop reward from fallen foes, as long as it is not an Arch-wing mission. You will be able to obtain it from Alerts, Normal mission nodes, Invasions, and Syndicate missions when they take place on the planet with the Fomorian Sabotage event.
Obviously, missions featuring higher enemy spawn rates are ideal to obtain large quantities of this resource. Good examples are Defense, Interception, and Survival missions. You will also be able to enhance their amount by using resource boosters since Isotopes are considered a standard resource in the game. Apart from this, you can also improve drop rates of the Isotopes by using Warframes that target loot drops. Good examples are Desecrate on Nekros, Pilfering Swarm with Hydroid, and Pilfering Strangledome with Khora.
Now that You Have the Omega Isotope, What to do with it?
The Omega Isotope is an essential component you need in order to build the Fomorian Disruptor in Warframe. This is a unique Gear item that is essential for the event. You can go to that market and pay 5000 credits to purchase the main blueprint. You will finish building it in your Foundry in just a minute, and you will need four Omega isotopes as one of the ingredients for building each Disruptor.
Now you can go to your Star Chart and click on the Fomorian node to start battling the Fomorian. It’s time to assist your fellow Tenno put an end to the Grineer threat from ravaging yet another one of our relays. The Disruptor will take down the shielding once you reach the Balor Fomorian’s core. This will allow you to target and attack it, causing severe damage.
So that’s it. We hope you have a splendid time taking on the Fomorian after obtaining the Omega Isotope in Warframe.
